In plain english, there are no refunds on monies paid for airline tickets, accommodation & ski lift tickets, purchased as part of a package, rental cars or transfers deposits/balances, with the exceptions being for:-
1) international airfares, if impacted by covid 19 & you cannot depart Australia because of international border closures.
2) accommodation where the cancellation is outside of 30 days prior to arrival, in the case of Copper Mt. The refund of accommodation & lift tickets, will be in USD$ & the actual AUD$ amount will vary by the exchange rate. No refunds on any funds paid for season ski lift passes.
3) Rental car bookings made where the price paid is refundable. This depends on the rental car company & the particular rate booked.
4) cancellation of transfers requires a minimum number of days notice & varies by company.
